When your computer is idle lots of things happen. Rundll32 seems to be very busy and Comodo constantly pops up reminding you that this program is trying to access various random files on your computer. Typical virus behaviour if you ask me, however there is a very good explanation for it. Rundll32 is part of windows and can be found in the windows/system32 folder. This application is designed by Microsoft to perform certain tasks, and until Windows 7 has been very quite. Now it seems Microsoft have a new agenda and want to learn more about your computer and its activities.
Comodo has every right to flag this applications activity as strange and thus they will not do anything about it. You also cannot create a rule blocking this program as many windows functions will stop. How do you fix the problem then and remove these annoying reminders?

Click on Start. RIGHT-CLICK on Computer and select Manage. If it asks for permission say yes. The first item in the pane on the left will be the Task Scheduler, open it. Open the next one called Task Scheduler Library. Open the Microsoft item. Open the Windows item. Click on Application Experience. You will see a task called ProgramDataUpdater. Right-click on it and select Disable. That’s it!
Hopefully Microsoft or Comodo will “fix” this problem soon.
