To export your AVG firewall settings go to the Tools menu and select Firewall Settings...  The window that opens (called firewall settings) will start on the general information page.  Its on the bottom of this page that you will see the button to export your settings. After clicking the Export button you will be prompted for the location of where you want to save your settings file.

A CFE file will be saved which you can import later or on another machine.
